This is a great reference book to a incredibly complex structure-the psoas. As a reviewer however I half to disagree with the authors statement that manipulative techniques are not advised in The Psoas Book, as she states that “the iliopsoas muscle is partly responsible for the body’s automatic and biological fight or flight response”. Overall a great guide.
